Virtual Meet & Greet Consultation
Before hire, we'll chat approx. 30 minutes about my services, your pregnancy, wants, goals, and what you're hoping to achieve with the support of a Doula. I'll answer any questions you and/or your partner have, and ensure we're a good match.
Self-Paced Empowered Beginnings Class
Based around the concept of Autonomous, Confident and Empowered births, this class will help you take your newfound knowledge and teach you how to actually apply it to have the best possible birth experience, no matter your circumstances.
Printed copy of The Ultimate Guide and Workbook & Postpartum Blueprint
This printed guide covers Labor and Birth, Pain Management, Partner Support, Avoiding Unnecessary Procedures and Advocating, Positioning, Working through Fears, and Postpartum Preparation.
Natural Breastfeeding Online Class
92% of new Moms report having significant issues breastfeeding in the week after birth. Set yourself up for success. Help you and your baby master the latch, feel confident in your milk supply, and recognize when and where to get help.
2-3 Prenatal Sessions
Each session lasts approximately 2 hours. In these sessions, we'll talk about your wants, goals, and fears. Together, we'll strategize a plan to help you get the most of your experience, and stack the odds in your favor for a positive, empowering experience and fill your "birth toolbox" with education, tools, resources, and unwavering support.
Birth Detective
Your Body and your baby give us clues in pregnancy and in labor. By putting together pieces of the puzzle- Paige can often piece together which positions or techniques may be most helpful to ease pain and help baby navigate the pelvis more efficiently. This work starts prenatally, with simple exercises to help soften and loosen tight muscles and ligaments, and balance the body.
Unlimited Phone/Text/Email Support
Support begins right after hire. You can call/text/email me with any questions or concerns you have. I will be there to provide emotional support, as well as provide solid evidence based information and reputable resources to fit your specific needs.
Access to Client Portal
This client portal is packed full of pregnancy, labor & birth, postpartum, baby and feeding information and resources. Unlike your typical Google search- here you'll only find the best solid, unbiased, evidence based information and resources on almost anything from advanced maternal age, VBAC, pregnancy discomforts, gestational diabetes, and TONS more.
Unlimited Virtual Support in Labor
Early labor is often a time that parents start to freak out... "is this really labor!?" "what should I do?" “When do I actually go to the hospital?” Don’t worry, Paige is here to guide you through the unknowns and jitters with tips and tricks to make early labor as well as the transition to your birthing location a smoother, easier process.
12 Hours In-Person Birth Support
When you decide you're ready for more support, I will meet you at your birthing location. During labor and birth, I will support you and your partner by advocating, helping you navigate options, assist with positioning, etc. And of course, I’ll have my Doula bag filled with all kinds of goodies to ease pain, and help comfort- like the Perfect Mama Plus TENS unit, the Birth Sling, and a trusty Rebozo.
Postpartum Support
The postpartum phase is often so many things- beautiful, overwhelming, hard, etc. which is why our care doesn’t stop after birth. Well still provide the same phone/email support up to 2 months postpartum. Plus an official postpartum session, which often gives you a chance to process and ask any questions about your birthing experience with your Doula. Additionally, I am there to help you troubleshoot any difficulties, provide resources, and information based on your needs as you transition into this new phase.
Payment Options
I offer payment plans and sliding scale options. Make weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments. There’s no pressure here! Choosing your payment options is as easy as clicking a checkbox, and entering your preferred selections.
Keepsake Timeline
Time can feel like such a blur in labor. Paige will keep a timeline of your labor and birth and provide you a copy afterwards. This is a great tool to help you remember, process, and honor your experience.
Photos
Upon request, I'm happy to take photos and/or videos of your labor and birth at no extra charge! I'm not a professional, and support always comes first, but happy to do what I can to help capture this experience for you.

Why we added sliding scale options:
- You may have invested in childbirth education elsewhere before hiring us, or you may be a 2nd+ time parent that may not need that aspect of our service.
- You may still be fairly unfamiliar with Doulas and what they provide, so it feels like not only a big investment, but also a leap of faith.
- We fully believe in the services we provide and believe they can help any expecting parents achieve a more positive and empowering experience. We love and care about our New England Mama community & we know that you do too!
Nobody goes into Doula work for the money- it's the pure passion for this work, and the desire to help others. With that said, we believe in making Doula work sustainable. Most small businesses don't make it past 5 years, and most Doulas don't make it beyond 2 years.
No matter what you're able to pay- you get the same quality care and compassion.
We've created payment plan and sliding scale options (and both can be used together!).
