1:1 Coaching
One on One sessions give you the opportunity to talk about your wants, goals, fears, uncertainties with a trusted source- that's not an opinionated family/friend, or your medical team. Allowing you to get truly unbiased support that you can't get elsewhere.
By filling out a pre-session questionnaire, I am able to significantly enhance the effectiveness of our session together, by truly understand your unique circumstances, concerns, challenges, and what matters most to you.
This could involve discussing strategies for childbirth, postpartum care, early parenting challenges, or any specific concerns you have. The aim is to provide you with the knowledge, confidence, and support you need to navigate your unique situation effectively.
After our meeting, you'll get a tailored email with additional information and resources, based on our session.
Group Coaching
One of my favorite aspects of group coaching is the sense of community. If one Mom has a question or concern about something, I know there are others in the room with those same thoughts. Small, intimate groups allow us to not only dive into childbirth and postpartum education and preparation, but also allows like-minded parents to come together.
Each group coaching session is guided around one specific topic. Common topics include; Pain Management, Parter Support, Birth Plans, Movement and Positioning for Birth, Birth Preparation, Postpartum Preparation, etc.
To get the most out of group sessions, they are limited to 5 Moms per session (partners are always welcome to join you). Limiting group size helps to ensure a more comprehensive, immersive, and personalized experience for everyone who joins.
Is Coaching the Right Option for Me?
1:1 or Group Coaching might be perfect for you if...
Elizabeth R. first time mom
Paige and I met twice virtually for roughly an hour and a half each time and talked about my birth plan, fear, conerns, and needs. Plus general education that was so helpful as a first time Mom. Each session felt tailored to what I needed and the one on one support helped me to talk through decisions I had not thought much about. When my plan went out the window with a scheduled induction, Paige helped me come to terms with the change and provided resources to help me make informed decisions about my care. Then again when my induction failed, she helped me chat about the change and continued to check in as I went overdue. I ended up having the birth I DREAMED of and felt empowered during every decision I made in labor, having the education and resources to know what options I had. I would not hesitate to work with Paige again- she was truly one of the best choices I made during my preparations for birth.
Rebecca B. third time mom
Before hiring Paige, I already felt knowledgable about birth, as I had already given birth twice before. However, I had a very diffficult time advocating for myself and I was looking to have a different experience than the first two times. My goals were to become a better advocate and learn hypnobirthing techniques to work towards a natural birth.
I successfully was able to use hypnobirthing techniques to bring my son into the world! I never felt to in turn and confident in my body's abilities until this experience. Because of all the tools Paige gave me, I was able to confidently ask questions and create a plan for birth that worked for me, despite being high risk. The support I received from Paige was everything to me and made the pregnancy and birthing process so much more positive than I could have imagined. I'm so thankful.
