Let's Transform your Birth (and Life)...
How can we help you?
I'm Paige!
Experienced Childbirth Educator and Birth Doula in Southern Maine.
I have two kids, ages 4 and 6 and am currently preparing for baby number 3.
I didn't always love birth... in fact, I thought it was weird to be obsessed with birth. Life humbled me quickly after having my own children.
My first birth didn't go as I had hoped- I quickly realized I didn't give myself the tools or knowledge to have an empowered birth.
When I got pregnant with my second, I decided to do things differently. I took the classes, practiced the tools and had my DREAM brith. It was when my OB said "That was amazing, what did you do to prepare? Everyone should do that". When I had the lightbulb moment, realizing I could help parents feel as amazing as I did.
I quit my full-time job and jumped right into birth work and haven't looked back since!
It's my hope to encourage and inspire parents, like you, to stack the odds in their favor for the best birth possible.
